Activision's Chopper Command for Atari 2600 is a riff on the format of Williams' Defender. Opinions vary as with any game, but some regard this as a better game than the official Atari port of the shoot 'em up classic. It's certainly a great example of early '80s Activision in their prime -- complete with iconic sunset.
