1979 - PLAY SCHEMES KITES AT ARTHUR SEAT
A bit of a mixed bag this film.
The title given doesn't seem to match the footage recorded.
Video drop out throughout.
Stage performance - director heard counting the actor's in.
The first performance is commenting on unemployment however it is not complete on the video before the footage switches to a song. Video changes again to a shot of video tapes piled in a room. the picture rolls as the camera pans around the different equipment used.
Footage switches back to a man singing a song.
Footage switches back to stage production - man introducing 'the apathy party'.
Video then shows another recording of the first scene from the stage production shown on the video of a man commenting on unemployment.
Picture blank but audio recorded.
Repeat of the previous scene from the stage production.
Teenagers performing different scenes in an unknown production.
