I never understand advertisers that make their own customers look stupid? This commercial features a really Dorky Guy as a GM Service Department Customer. A real Wimpy guy driving a Buick? I don't get why you would do that? Wouldn't you want a smart looking customer showing how smart they are to take advantage of GM Products and Service?
