Check out this well preserved survival ration with relatively high tech food processing and packaging for the time - featuring two other particularly well stored life raft rations with delicious and well made components. These were issued to Japan Airlines 747's and other model Commercial Jets on life rafts and civilian purchase for boats. Taiyo Fisheries and Banyu Nutrition Ltd were the manufacturers.

Correction: The second ration was produced in 1979, not 1982 as initially thought.

The 2009 Life Raft bar also contained peanut powder.
