1971 Alfa Romeo Spider Commercial for the USA market. It's interesting to note that they were claiming all of their cars were under $7,000 dollars. That as Lincoln, Cadillac and Imperial price ranges. A luxury car price. In December of 1971, Congress and Nixon signed into law a removal of the Federal Excise Tax which hopefully lowered prices in 1972. Alfa is owned by Stallantis now and in their recent release of their new Strategy is not going to prioritize capital spending on this brand. Which is really a sad turn of events.
