This film is an account of a week in the village of Caio, Carmarthenshire with Alfred Rimmer, a townsman who had never been to Wales and was deeply suspicious of the countryside.

Clip taken from Village Called Caio, originally broadcast by BBC Wales, Monday 26th February, 1968.

In 2008, the BBC spoke to one Caio resident who featured in the film, Peter Williams, who reflected on his time in the village: bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00kwdqk
