During the series the normal headlights were never seen lit, however if you watch this stock footage you can see possibly that they were on during this drive up and park sequence as you can see the lights shining on the curb, but in retrospect the light glare was probably sunshine or a spot light and when the Bat drove up it perhaps blocked that source?
