I got the 19KG8 tubes and got the module all put back together and it works. After I made this video, I got the radio all re-assembled with new capacitors and a new diode and repaired the wiring. I still need to replace one bad resistor in the power supply which may have gotten overloaded when the wrong tube was put in.
