We bought this Allstate Scrambler - by Puch - in original, unrestored condition. It's a very interesting bike: a 250cc twin single with twin carburetors and an aluminum cylinder. The twin carburetor Scrambler was made for one year only and it had 21.7 horsepower vs. the standard Scrambler which only had 16.2 horsepower. It had a 4-speed transmission and came with a 2.7 gallon strap-down gas tank. The 810.94200 model series were built for 2 years: 1958 and 1959. Approx. 752 were built (the twin carb models were even fewer).
