This is a short range day video I made at the local range with a 1943 Izhevsk Mosin Nagant rifle. The rifle is a standard refurbished rifle with an expedient receiver and light markings. The range is 100 yards. The target is 17.5"x23". The ammunition is Russian steel cased 7.62x54R manufactured in 1948 at the Podolsk plant.
