Friends suggested I try roaming into the Leyndell Sewers again and after quite a surprisingly long search, I thought logically where a sewer might be and found it. Finding my way DOWN however, was another story entirely as it's very easy to get lost in all the pipes.

At the bottom of the cistern is a temple area where another blood-creature reigns. Thankfully, he wasn't too difficult.
