This video was taken during the 2019 VCCA 4 Cylinder Tour in McCall, ID. You're riding in a 1914 Chevrolet Royal Mail roadster up a steep hill. The exhaust cut-out is opened up and the car is taking on the hill in high gear. The spark is retarded slightly. Also notice the oil sight gauge. Everything's working great!
