I beat each level offscreen initially, hence why I show the attempts before playing the level.
My mic quality is worse than usual, idk why
These challenges can be found on the 1.9 Challenge List, and range from #42 to 32, exceptions being removed for either not being on the list at the time or I didn't want to play them

originally uploaded this video unlisted in late november, decided to make it public now because why not. this makes 2/3 of my old sketchup tracks overhauled, not counting my gcn rainbow road remake. the original version was made as a joke, but Ive had it in the back of my mind to give it a visual upgrade for some time and some friends playing it in formula kart wii gave me the random burst of motivation to follow through with it.

mfw Im finally motivated to work on a track and this is what I make :s
this was originally a track I made in mid 2022, the routes were significantly longer and more windy and the visuals were just solid colors. I thought the concept behind the split path setup had potential though, so I started on a remake about a year later with significantly shorter routes, and I struggled to get something I was satisfied with without routes running to close to each other. I left it in my backlog until a couple months ago, I made some compromises with the remaining routes just to have something complete and the visuals were pretty easy to do afterwards. KMP was very tedious, though Im grateful it wasnt the hellscape that was the old version, and everything seemed to work out fortunately. in the end I kinda just felt bad because this took a while to get finished and my better track ideas continue to collect dust :c

Ive been busy
Well, I found it odd to see this level featured, considering that most featured levels here are better than this. Its still a great level, my main issue is that some parts look better than others.

This level does not deserve to be in the top 30. Just sayin.
This is a really well done level! The gameplay has a bit of a learning curve. The deco in this level, mainly the block designs, were more simplistic than most other featured levels here, and I think that its good to have a variety of level styles :)

Definitely one of my favorite levels on the private server!
This level really shows how much glow, if used correctly, can really improve your level. The transition to the first wave is the most annoying part of the level to me, the levels pretty much free beyond that point.

The level is Chaotix by Lasaga (verifying the update)
My suspicion is that it was the length of the recording itself, which was over an hour, the problem is that one of the Summer Skyline recordings I opened was also over an hour long but MM didnt have any problems. idk
