Welcome to our MINI Historical Sew Along Series! These quick and simple projects will give you lots of sewing satisfaction (as well as use up some scraps!) So back to our pin pillows. These were a practical tool that every 18th century woman owned. You can find 18th century images of pin pillows being worn at the waist, along with scissors, in a work bag or on a table. They survive in museum collections in various forms (usually fancy). Our pillows today are simple to make and can be a great scrap buster! In this video we will take you step by step through the process of making three different pillows.
