I'm finaly able to jump on the Historical Disney Costume bandwagon!!!
Although not finished yet, here is part 1: The base layers of 1830's Mulan (aka Ping)
A concept long stuck in my head, is finally coming to fruition. combining the two loves in my life (Sorry Melchior) the 1830's era and Disney, or even better yet: PING!
Yes even though technically Mulan and Ping are the same person. I've always felt more drawn to Bad*ss Ping than to "princess" Mulan. Also in my world, life action Mulan doesn't exist.
*Disclaimer* I am of actual Asian and European decent. and am combining my two heritages into this costume.
