Join me and Corina for a fun time on the ice in 1830s attire, the side strip was the only place it was safe enough for us to skate on. The frozen snow and the reed in the ice didn’t make for a smooth ride either, but héy! At least we’ve been on the ice!

The dark spot on the ice is not a hole. This is merely a spot where they shoveled the snow away to check the condition of the ice the day before. Unfortunately the snow froze overnight. These waters are very shallow, at the sides, where we were skating the water is about knee deep. Where as the middle of the pond it was waist deep.
