On September 12th, 2023 police were dispatched about a theft in progress. Upon arrival, officer spotted a individual with a hoodie, gloves, mask on attempting to steal a car. When the suspect saw officer approaching him, he exited the vehicle, and attempted to flee on foot. Officers immediately placed him under arrest. During investigation he would not identify himself, until further questioning. Suspect was arrested for Attempted Theft, Mischief, Resisting Arrest
