This actually took a lot longer to open than I was expecting it to. Which figures because my last two quick pick Thursday videos were not originally intended to be quick pick video so of course they opened faster when I wasn't expecting them to.

To open this tiny unbranded padlock I used a Peterson DCAP Diamond and a homemade tension wrench made from a piece of .031" wiper blade insert.
