I understand what the writer of the story about the coal miner photo is talking about. It's just that he has picked the wrong battle. There are people who intentionally want to exclude people based on immutable things like skin color and origin of birth. Unfortunately, we hear from this author assumptions based on stereotypes to complain about the same.
