Getting a sub-16 minute time is totally possible, but will require an insane amount of luck (for Chako skip) that I don't really want to grind for.

This clip is subpixel-perfect: To clip between two slope tiles like this, Quote needs to be on the exact x position in between them (the window for this is 1/512th of 1 pixel). Needless to say, this is far too precise for human hands to achieve unassisted, unless you get insanely lucky or something.
