Just our type! ✈️

Fifteen years ago today, the 787 #Dreamliner earned its type certificate — ushering in a new era of commercial aviation and clearing the way for the game-changing 787 to enter airline service worldwide.

The 787 team has always been building toward the future. “We’ve continued to listen to our customers and apply that knowledge to make an already incredibly capable airplane even better. That continuous evolution is what helps shape the 787 we’re building today and the one we’ll deliver tomorrow,” said John Murphy, 787 chief project engineer.
