Are you ready to rank impressive and weird trees? They might be weird looking trees or have an interesting tale associated with them. Either way,all of these trees are unique, rare, or surviving under extraordinary circumstances. That being said: some trees are just plain weird. Like, what's the deal with the odd rainbow eucalyptus? How can a tree also be a rainbow? Weird. And how about Pando - a whole bunch of trees with a shared root system, making it the single largest living organism on the planet? That's weird. Have you seen the Sunland Baobab tree in South Africa? It has two enormous trunks that are thirty-five feet in diameter andhollowinside.That. Is. A. Weird. Tree! Again, this list is not meant to disparage or insult these (or any) trees. Quite to the contrary, let's celebrate their weirdness!
Some of the big barkers and canopy kissers on this list will be specific individual trees (General Sherman, The Tree of Life). There is even a weird Christmas tree on this list.Other entries will simply cover odd species (sandbox tree, dragon's blood tree). In both cases,they're weird.
