Secret Pistol Location: Chapter 2 (Decay) - In the graveyard, top level, near the end by the candles. Also there's a crafting recipe on the right side top level on a gravestone.
Secret Shotgun Location: Chapter 2 (Decay) - Collect Miller's Key after the spider room, and backtrack to the start of the map to open Miller's door.
Secret Shotgun Pump for "Survivalist" difficulty: Chapter 3: (Forgotten) After the hide and seek section in the dark, do NOT ground yourself or save your game. Explore the city while in madness. One of the buildings called Starry Night will blink in and out of being a flesh zone that you can enter.
