As luck would have it I picked the perfect weekend to visit my favourite Goodwill bookstore. Not only did I find a number of excellent reads, but turns out it was a sale day. Great time to pick up some new to me authors, as well as revisit some old favourites.
Books mentioned in this video
Watchers, Dean Koontz
Whispers, Dean Koontz
Winter Moon, Dean Koontz
Mr. Mercedes, Stephen King
The Dark Half, Stephen King
Ghost Stories of Pennsylvania, Dan Asfar
Fireside Ghost Stories, A. S. Mott
Of Mice and Men, John Steinbeck
The Second Messiah, Christopher Knight and Robert Lomas
The Appeal, John Grisham
Drawing Down the Moon, Margot Adler
Star Woman, Lynn V. Andrews
The Bone Code, Kathy Reichs
Cosmos, Carl Sagan
The Darkest Powers Trilogy, Kelly Armstrong
I also stopped by my local library and picked up 3 books - lol - yes I read a lot. Currently because with spring around the corner, I will be spending more time outdoors, so wanting to get a jump on my reading.
Be sure to check out your public library to give books a test run.
