REALLY didn't expect this guy to crash land out of nowhere. Big angry dragon with lighting and fire around. As would be expected, hits pretty hard though since it's also near the outskirts of the city, it's not a late-game enemy so he surprisingly didn't take too long to kill - only a couple attempts.
