A practice demonstration from 1989. Not a true practice session since I only had the cameraman, Dave Finnigan, for about an hour so I believe I just ran through some stuff but didn't do a whole lot of sets and reps. Video cameras were rare in those days so all my footage from the 80s were from borrowed cameras.
