You know that feeling when a house is clearly expensive, clearly well-built, and still looks slightly off, and you can't say why? This video is me trying to give you the words for it.
I'm a licensed architect, and these are the façade design mistakes I notice that make a house look wrong, cheap, or unfinished, even when the budget was anything but. For each one I'll show you why your eye rejects it and what to do instead. Whether you're building, renovating, or you just want to understand why some houses look right and others don't, I hope this changes how you see every house you walk past!
