Do you actually need Hand of Wisdom and Action (HOWA)? Can you do budget stat stacker without it? This is my attempt of answering these questions and it turns out this Permafreeze invoker monk turned out better than that character I cleared the atlas with! We cover all the gear you need to buy to get this Budget Invoker Monk stat stacker going in this build guide! The total budget for the build was 135EX We used a corrupted Pillar of the Caged God and flat damage modifiers on gloves and rings to get a ton of flat damage and then focused on dex for attack speed! We have 26% damage taken before mana with the nodes on the tree and an amulet annoint! we are running perma blasphemy enfeeble combo to protect us against 1 shots!
