Experiencing a catastrophic failure of my wooden impeller inside my shop built dust collector. I put my other projects on hold to get this upgrade completed. I changed the motor from a 1 HP AC to a 2.5 HP DC motor with a speed control to prevent any further impeller failures. This video explains how I did this. Enjoy!!
