notes: i took this part cuz i edited this song (the original) like YEARSS ago when i first started editing & i love to do stuff like that where i compare the part i did then vs the part i do now :3 the redrawing for the animations was quite annoying to do & def reminded me of why i don’t animate often LOLLL & btw i did a konoseto collab with rib for this mep so U should check it out we are parts 1 & 2 soo.. love wins !

notes: another year another hnk part for char’s bday 🩷!! i struggled BADLY w this theme bc even tho i love watching it my usual editing is basically the complete opposite, i described it to a friend as “u know how my editing is, like, ‘soft’ and bouncy? well the theme is sharp & fast movement, so…” if u looked at my wips the struggle was very obvious but i rly got the hang of it towards the end & im super happy with the final outcome so it was a good learning experience i think ^_^

notes: God i just haddd to edit zexal w this song & theme it’s literally perfect. i think if i had a different part of the song i would’ve used astral & the barians & such but with this section i rly liked how robin fit so i used him :3 i would typically NEVERRR mask something like the first mask i did here cuz it would be sooo much work but i cheated a lil bit by chroma key-ing out most of the background and only having to manually mask the stuff that didn’t get caught LOL while this part is rly simple i had a lot of fun doing it… i love u robin im sorry the zexal writers didn’t.

notes: i definitely should have chosen the lyric “my reflections on the sieve” & done water imagery with seto i mean he literally Drowned. however (and you will not believe this) there is NO official art of him drowning. like not even close. it’s insane. i went and commissioned my own when i realized this , and then proceeded to not use it in this part,

notes: sorry that i basically copied dottedtaylor’s sns rhythm mep part i didnt Mean to. i HADD to edit revstar to this song tho like it was impossible not to it’s such an easy answer. i especially saw the first & last scenes super clear in my head. i did a lot of kind of experimental effects in this but i think they turned out good which i am happy about :3
