This is the third set of take-offs that I've found in the last couple years. The last two were $100 each.
People want nice aluminum rims and when buying their rims...they go ahead and buy new tires.
Garage and back yard space is a premium....so eventually they post an ad and find me.

I drive through scrap yards and work on construction projects. I think I would rather have slightly older tires for that kind of driving.

(YouTube just popped up with the thumbnail choices....one looks down right disgusting. They zoomed in on the water heater vent. It looks horrible. The colors must be what made Al like it. Bad choice on that one.)

Now where was I? Oh. So I've done very well with these old tires. I keep a supply of them in storage for the different trucks and trailers.
