Outlaw Rogue is so close.
After spending time testing the latest 12.1 PTR changes, I honestly believe Outlaw Rogue remains one of the best-designed melee specs in World of Warcraft. The gameplay is smooth, the decision-making is rewarding, the RNG fantasy still feels unique, and the Midnight redesign removed a lot of unnecessary clutter. The problem isn't the core gameplay... It's that Blizzard keeps trying to fix the wrong things.
