Here's how to get shaders in Minecraft 1.20.3 and 1.21 snapshots like 1.20.3-pre3, 1.20.3-pre4, and so on!
Make 1.21.0 a beautiful update before it's out!

*NOTE: this is how to get them within hours after a new snapshot. In the future for non-snapshots just use curseforge or modrinth for download.
The newest version of Fabric may or may not be needed, then Iris will have to make a change and drop their latest beta in Discord, they'll include their copy of Sodium too.
Just use the newest copy of your shaders, they aren't version specific. I copy all shaders over from previous instance.
Typically they have it ready in 6-12 hours after snapshot is announced by Mojang, sometimes faster.
I use MultiMC multimc.org to add Fabric fabricmc.net
(Get java if needed jdk.java.net/19/)

(The only shaders not working for me rain in the old Complementary)
