I have made a few of these Porch Signs. I cut the signs, usually 4ft long by 11.25 inches wide. I have a Laguna IQ CNC which has a 2ft x 3ft bed so I am required to use a tiling toolpath and tile the sign to create two passes in the vertical direction to complete the carve.

Initially I would cut all of the porch characters on my CNC. but the last couple times I have cut the characters and the paint guide lines for painting the face of the character with my laser. I then carve a recess in the back of each character with my CNC for a steel washer to be epoxied into.
The result is someone gets 12 signs in one simply by changing out the character each month or as they choose. People enjoy the versatility of the sign and being able to change the characters. I put a little demo video in for fun showing most of the characters I have used on the signs. Not all are included by several are. Enjoy.
