Space Symphony II - Songs Of An Astronaut

Who is this?
I was editing some old reel to reel tapes given to me by a friend.
In the process I cam across this recording of 16 tracks.
It was probably recorded either the late 70's or early 80's, by the style, content and synthesizers used.
It's obviously the second part of a concept album but by whom?
The box had a printed title and track-list but no artist or composer information was present.
Can anyone shine a light on this?
