There’s a very simple process that most of us follow when we no longer need a vehicle that we own. If it’s still worth any money, we’ll try to sell it. If it’s not worth anything at all, we’ll have it scrapped. It’s a good system, and it works! Not everyone follows that common-sense system, though.
