It's really sad that feminists in the West are encouraging women to wear the hijab - because the patriarchy, when in places like Iran it is the actual patriarchy that enforces women to dress modestly and cover up.
So, the true feminist heroes are the ones refusing to wear hijab at great risk to their safety and freedom.
Iran, one of the most repressive regimes in the world is producing feminist heroes refusing to cover their faces and hair, but in the West we have phonies like LInda Sarsour running around trying to make women cover up and tell us that sharia is just amazing for the ladies.
