Today I am going to show you how to install Optifine with Forge 1.16.2 together! Many people think you can only install Optifine and Forge separately, and that you can't combine Optifine + Forge. But that's not true! You can actually install Optifine 1.16.2 with Forge 1.16.2 together and therefore use shaders with Forge mods! This means you can install Optifine with Forge and use shaders and resource packs that use advanced 1.16.2 Optifine exclusive features like connected blocks. In this Minecraft 1.16.2 tutorial I will show you how to install Optifine and Forge to work together in Minecraft 1.16.2! The way to install Forge with Optifine for Minecraft 1.16.2 is to NOT install Optifine separately, but rather install Forge 1.16.2 and then use Optifine as a Forge mod.
