Victoria Milligan has been through unimaginable tragedy - in 2013, following a boating accident, she not only lost her husband Nicko and her eight-year-old daughter Emily - she also lost a limb. Eleven years after the accident, Victoria is still working through her grief but has dedicated her life to helping others as a trained counsellor and motivational speaker.
