God I was so distracted watching the chart for the women's I didn't even notice the UI change until later

if comments are disabled, IT IS NOT BY ME. Youtube automatically disables comments on videos that they deem as spam. Also, if content is spam, wouldn't allowing comments be better so that people can call them out in the comments? You can't see dislikes anymore so wtf...
