Hello everybody, Walter here.

A while ago my Channel hit 10_000 Subscribers, but I sadly didn't have any build worthy of the occasion. This has now finally changed, so here's my 10k-Special for you all!

A few months ago I got a massive Shoutout by @CraftyMasterman (youtube.com/watch?v=itV8GMdJzJw) and I was completely blown away by the reaction that followed.

My Channel had been stagnating for years before that and I didn't really expect to ever hit this Milestone.

So to say that all of you amazing people surprised me would be an absolute understatement!

Now without further ado, I proudly present you my first ever, fully functional redstone minigame: Minesweeper.

I won't bore you with the general rules for minesweeper, you likely know them already, so I'll limit my explanation to the specifics of this implementation.

In short, it's played using wind charges to dig for mines and snowballs for flagging suspicious tiles.

The main controls contain:
- A counter for placed mines
- A difficulty selection for easy/normal/hard mode
- An optional custom-mode allowing you to manually add mines, by "clicking" on the corresponding digits of the mine counter
- A clock showing the elapsed time for the current attempt.

Now this game also comes with a Data Pack and a Ressource Pack, which are meant to improve the ergonomics of the game, without actually contributing to its function.

The Ressource Pack merely re-textures some blocks for improved contrast.
Furthermore placing the mines at a game start is rather slow and takes about 7 seconds PER mine, so to avoid unnecessary waiting I included some dialogs within a Data Pack that allow you to skip ahead a bit with a simple button click. That's also where the few command blocks within the circuitry come into play, as they just trigger the corresponding dialog. Additionally, pressing "G" (or going to the "Minesweeper" Menu) will open a dialog, with some more details.

An in-depth explanation of how the circuitry actually works will follow in the coming weeks.

Once again a big thanks to Crafty and all of you for the support, your kind words and comments!
You're the main reason this channel still runs and are truely awesome!

And that brings me to the end of this slightly delayed 10k-Special. I hope you enjoyed it and my channel in general.

I wish you all a nice day, and well... cya
