1066, Tears to Many Mothers is a strongly themed player vs player (solo game) card game for ages 14+.
The game was designed by Tristan Hall and published by Hall or Nothing Productions.
1066, Tears to Many Mothers is an asymmetric, competitive, tactical card game in the style of Magic the Gathering, but non-collectable.
Based on the events leading up to at the Battle of Hastings, players are either Harold or Williams trying to build up their army and allies whilst racing against their opponent to be at Hastings to slug it out and remain or become king.
In this video we play with the game to give you a feel for the game and whether it is something you would be interested in. At the same time we explain how the game is played.
