Hi Friends! Welcome back and thank you for your patience 🙏 in this video, we will learn how simple colour pallets can create beautiful effects and give us a gorgeous nebula swipe when using the winter Strom hide and reveal technique. By layering, transparent metallic pigments on top of a white pillow, then hiding the colours with black, we give the transparent colors, the best chance to shine through the white pillow, whilst giving us the illusion of a black background with the hide layer. All paints and pigments are mixed with Behr 8300, un coloured high gloss enamel paint and JoSonja Gloss Varnish - Ratio in between 2/3:1 depending upon technique. Blooms & Swipes generally require thicker paints to most other acrylic pouring techniques.
