Keysight’s new pre-conformance 100GAUI-1 compliance test solution simplifies the testing of 100Gbps electrical interfaces by automating over 120 transmitter measurements (Tx) and receiver test procedures (Rx) for chip-to-module (C2M) and chip-to-chip (C2C) interfaces.
The move to 100Gb/s and 53Gbaud PAM4 enables new technology such as 800G optical transceivers, as well as 51.2 terabit switches. This optimizes bandwidth and switching capacity, whilst reducing the cost and power consumption for the user.
Our 112G compliance test solution offers features such as the automated optimization of reference equalizer (CTLE+DFE) and transmitter de-emphasis settings. The solution also provides accurate and repeatable test results following the latest developments of the IEEE 802.3ck recommendations, this includes the latest IEEE 400G ethernet standard. This reduces the characterization time for R&D teams of data center chips, switches, and systems vendors, from hours to minutes. With the guided setup, turn-key automated stress signal calibration, and conformance measurement, this test application provides robust and repeatable test results and minimizes the need for user interaction.
