1000 Pound Sister star Amy Slaton is expecting baby #2 but her friends and family aren’t too thrilled with the news.
Amy Slaton gave birth to her first child, Gage, soon after her gastric bypass surgery. Since becoming a mom, she put her weight goals on hold. During her weigh in 11 months after giving birth to Gage, Amy was supposed to meet her weight goal of 250 pounds. Before even stepping on the scale, Amy admitted to Dr. Proctor that she hasn’t weighed herself in awhile. It seemed like she already knew she didn’t make any progress because she started pouring out excuses. Amy blamed the remodeling of her house to halt her progress because they “had to order takeout since they didn’t have a kitchen.” After being weighed, she realized she actually gained fifteen pounds, which pushed her weight loss goal even further back.
Her new house is infested with cockroaches and dead mice, which not only has fans concerned for baby Gage’s well being, but baby #2 as well. Amy also has a problem with hoarding. Her home is already a little crammed for a family of four, especially with piles of stuff literally all over the house. If they get the house in order, Amy, Michael and the little ones are going to walk around their home like it’s an obstacle course.
