I think I recently have started having an appreciation for autoscrolling platformers. It really feels like they can combine aspects of what I like about classic mode with platformer mode, that being the ability to actually have the gameplay generally follow the flow of the song, and having a clear cut start to finish where you have to keep pace with the level or else you get sent back to the start. This level actually manages to even have a little bit of click sync in it which is just super cool.
