In todays video I am going to go over how we were able to make over $100,000 on our first BRRRR project. With this house we did all the renovations ourselves so it took alot longer then it would if we had hired professionals, however by saving money there we were able to make enough with forced appreciation that we pulled out 100% of the money we had put into the project. We learned a lot of lessons along the way but we had a lot of fun working on this home.
