From London to Edinburgh, over 1,000 miles (1,600 kilometers) of adventure! This summer, my wife Hilary and I took an unforgettable road trip through the United Kingdom. It all started with an invite to the Love Trails Festival in South Wales, where we were honored to speak, lead runs, and soak up the festival atmosphere alongside incredible athletes like Lucy Bartholomew, Ryan Sandes, and Hillary Allen.
