I have been riding my bike for 18 weeks after a gap of 36+ years. This month I have opted to join the fundraiser for Pieta House. a charity that works to prevent suicide and self harm. Having experienced the loss of friends and past pupils to suicide and witnessed close friends struggle through bouts of worrying levels of depression, I decided that this would be a great way to help the charity financially and get that little bit fitter.
