Hi everyone. This is Day 13 of my 100 Mile Cancer Rehabilitation Walk Challenge. I have ‘walked’ 30 miles. I am slowly building up the strength in my legs. I will also be starting Pilates next week so will see how that goes.

I have had another CT scan today (yes, they do them on Saturdays now!) and will get the results in early October when I next see my oncologist.

It would be great if you could sponsor me by donating any amount large or small. This will be a massive challenge for me.

You can support my challenge at gofund.me/ceaec3db

Thank you for your support, it is really appreciated and helps keep me going.
